Show the cast this replies toI went with a $20 glass Bodum pour over with a completely stainless steel filter|filter holder on Amazon. I'll test with and without the reusable hemp filter to compare flavor and smoothness.

It seems that the same pour over ordered directly from Bodum contains a filter|filter holder that is a mix of stainless steel and plastic.
The completely stainless steel filter works pretty well to brew quickly. The brew with the hemp filter + the stainless steel filter though is still smoother with less sediment.
