I recommend: ▪️hunting dogs with view access to the windows facing front/rear ▪️a long driveway with a clear and unobstructed view ▪️machetes: 1 in the garage 1 next to the front door 1 next to the backdoor ▪️ a shotty with birdshot as the first load then slugs afterwards (I like the benelli m4s) ▪️bedside/nightstand 9mm with a 30 rnd mag (I like the berettas) ▪️a heavy caliber semi automatic rifle with a 30 rnd mag at a minimum (I like the AKs solid milled, not stamped and made in Bulgaria) *not recommended if you have frequent visitors which include the ages of 1-42 with offspring

hickok45 is a national treasure for gun reviews, he’s like the Marques Brownlee but for guns…
If you are a single lady, always travel in groups and teams do let your friends and family know your timelines of travel and location with check ins and have specific code words Additionally, always carry pocket knife’s and pepper spray (if you are traveling via airlines they have laws but you can ultimately “gear up” when you land and your destination) Would recommend getting a concealed carry license and staying strapped while you travel (you will need to learn additional laws). You can also adopt and invest in a guard dog or a dog that’s trained to attack / defend (pit bull / german shepherds etc.). May she rest in peace and may she and her family get justice.
Skip to 31 seconds but a great visual representation that you can be pretty, a little scary and prepared if stuff hits the fan. People from harsh winter environments are typically more metal and a little more awake in environments / potential dangers. I don’t know laws in Finland around guns or Norway or traveling from one to the other…but the visual metaphor remains, swapping out the dagger with a Glock or something to that sort of
