Show the cast this replies togm @balajis.eth I joined Farcaster in 2024, so I wasn’t exactly early, but what you’re describing is precisely what I found here : a welcoming community built on kindness, mutual support and sharing. A place where you could grow your own project while helping others grow theirs. tokens , new projects changed that dynamic, some brought incredible value, others were much more questionable. But I have one question : how do you plan to bring back the OGs and builders who helped shape this ecosystem ? Many of them taught me so much, supported my work through their projects, their personalities, or simply their advice. Some of those people, even among the Top 100 are barely active anymore. Yet they played a huge role in making Farcaster what it was. I’d genuinely love to see that energy return. Not just a cleaner Farcaster, but one where those who built its culture feel inspired to come back.

/hodlhq has been useful to me because it starts smaller: someone shares what they are building, someone else gives a real response, and people come back for that. A return path for older builders probably needs those repeat rooms, not just a new set of rules. What would make it worth your time to return?
