One of my favorite things when visiting friends is waking up to freshly made coffee. Using the "delay" feature I can wake up to freshly made coffee everyday! I forgot about this tiny Mr. Coffee machine I had from college in a box. There's an added bonus for me looking forward to the great beans (ceremonycoffee.com now) and fresh cup in the morning when going to bed. - A hemp filter is great in both pour overs and a coffee maker because it's reusable and if you use good beans adds flavor like cooking with a cast iron pan - Pour overs are great for exploring the full flavor of beans. When my friend and I did a blind taste test though we discovered the beans matter more for flavor than the brewing method. It's all about the beans.

  • Here's the hemp filter I've been using the past few months - I wash it off with water after each use - It should be replaced every few months ideally - They're also easy to find on Amazon
