this is what economic inertia is! basically, people (even people who work with ai full time) are very reluctant to change (i.e. most people still copy/paste emails to and from chatgpt free tier) it's also the reason we have a genie in a bottle that literally makes wishes come true, and people still don't use it see this @sama interview note:
