There could be a number of underlying factors but yes it could also be mold exposure You can also do an ERMI test envirobiomics.com/ around your house to see what sort of mold counts it picks up inside. This is cheaper but also somewhat problematic. The best way imo, if you can afford it, is the serum blood test one but that will only tell you if you've got the mold exposure (one category is for current, and one result category is for past/overall) If you get a result on that, then it's about trying to track it down/find it in your house, which can be more difficult for sure. Thankfully mold awareness is growing, and there are better Mold Inspectors out there, but also a lot of poor ones who go off of old info that they think is 'good enough', but in many cases... isn't.
