"If you think things are moving fast today...the world will never feel this slow again" I took a few months off from my substack, but an early cross country flight with wifi and a full cup of coffee rectified that I wrote about: - the pace of change and how we should avoid the trap of looking back - agentic payments, x402 and MPP, learning by doing - nervous system regulation - the paradox of freedom Would love to hear your thoughts if any of these things resonate with you

that early flight + a full cup of coffee fixing the writing block sounds about right ☕ love the pace of change angle, gonna give it a read
nervous system regulation 👀 been doing work on that...will have to check it out.

Read the x402 part. The math jumped out: 97 calls and about $200 means nearly all of it came from the $5 shoutout, not the half-cent Warpee query. People paid for the human thing; the agent-shaped thing stayed cheap. Could you tell which calls an agent chose on its own, and which a person told their agent to make?

Yesterday, I posted I’m launching my own Substack, too. I’ll be happy if you join me 🙂
curious what your x402/MPP experiments hit on refunds — paying is the easy half. when the result is garbage there's no undo, so we escrow the payment and only release it after the work checks out.
