Get hot, yes. Cause problems, also yes. Candle people care a lot about longevity, so the slower the vessel is to take and accelerate the heat the more customers would like the candle!

  • btw i dont know if these exist but i have a solution for an annoying candle problem so like i have candles without wicks and i thought of a lil screw like thing that has a long thin copper wire on it so you can install a new wick on an old candle just by like turning it in or using a slim tool from the opposite end to turn it

    you think it can work?

Candles without wicks because you bought wickless candles or because the wicks disappeared in the wax (after you burned them)? There are kits where you get a new wick and then microwave the wax then pour the wax into the cup with the new wick. I guess the issue with your process is that you’d need a very thin pipe- nearly the exact size as the wick - otherwise the wick wouldn’t catch onto the wax because the fire couldn’t eat it 🤔 I think that’s what ur asking!!
