I'm doing something radical. I have a half cup of perfectly good beans brewed. It's 12 pm and I'm putting it away in the fridge for tomorrow to help me slow down easier in the evening. I've known caffeine has a half life of ~5 hours for years though I rarely stopped drinking it at 12 pm. It took me traveling 18,000 miles round trip to /chiangmai and /bangkok to discover how good an afternoon iced cacao can be. I originally discovered how good hot cacao is living in Colombia. 🍫 Using a high quality cacao is important. Read the ingredients because not all cacao contains the same nutrients. Amazon has plenty of options. 🫖 When brewing I do a tablespoon of cacao and then hot water 🧂 I like to add an optional few dashes of sea salt, a dash of turmeric and ginger, a half packet of a single serving of stevia, and a splash of vanilla extract 🧊 Ice it if desired 🥛 Milk|cream is an option at the end. I've switched to normally doing without it to make it lighter.

❌🍭 Recently I've been doing without the stevia 🌶️ I also tested adding a small dash of cayenne pepper for a little kick
