In the run-up to launch, we DM'd every @splits customer above $10k for feedback and the overwhelming response was: "Thank God you guys are finally charging." Splits launched Tiers this week and I'm insanely proud of how we thought about monetization. Hats off to @w and @gregfromstl who shaped a lot of the nuances here.
