I'm proud to say I got >7 hours of sleep my first night back from Asia pushing myself to stay up until 11 pm after getting 0 sleep on my Tokyo to Los Angeles red eye. I think a large part of my past anxiety around sleep is that I can feel rundown if I don't get enough sleep. I've started to supplement when low on sleep even if I don't feel rundown after 1 night in order to strengthen my immune system. E.g. Vitamin D3, fruit for vitamin C, zinc, probiotics with kimchi, yogurt, etc, turmeric, ginger, Echinacea, cupping to increase relaxation, melatonin to catch up on sleep etc.

*I stayed up for ~28 hours - Wake up ~10:00 BKK time - Left 18:25 BKK time (8h 25m) - Arrived 4:20 BKK time (18h 20m) - Slept ~14:00 BKK time (28h)
That’s quite an accomplishment. America ↔︎ Asia flights are always brutal.
Thank you ser! I decided to focus on my strength of staying up rather than what I've struggled with in the past of going to sleep. 💪🏻

Wow so American with the food choice loool! Is this the first food you ate when came back?
Yes m'am. 1st meal back in LA. I've moved on to Mexico (Aka San Diego).
