icymi, last month i built an agent that can work out who deserves to get paid based on contributions to github repos in projects where rewards or compensation are involved, contributions should determine who earns what, but i've seen way too often that it's those who speak loudest that end up getting more than their fair share an agent, however, can read a week's worth of merged PRs, evaluate who deserves what, then with @quidli/connect-mcp it can resolve github handles to wallets and then execute payments, all in minutes nobody needs to pitch the agent, your contributions are your claims

👀 I do have a github
followed. I guess the challenge here is that agent doesn’t read the actual diff?
good catch, thief! built it for a hackathon but i think it's worth resolving 🤣 it was reading the text and +/- counts so a well-written PR description could be weighted well in theory... updated it to now pull the patch for each PR and judge on that

Really like this approach. Actual contributions should carry more weight than whoever has the loudest voice.
contributions as claims is the right primitive. but the payout still trusts the allocator's judgment — if the agent's call is the only check, the loudest voice just moves one step upstream. escrow + an independent check before release makes the claim enforceable, not just computed.
