fun fact, the 15th arrondissement where i live was one of the last villages to be incorporated into the paris of today! it's largely residential so we don't see too much of any protest or demonstration, but i will say police are certainly out in numbers today... couldn't even take the metro because a lot of the lines have been shut down in anticipation of protestors 😭
