As an indie researcher I can easily stay up for most of the night going down wormholes of info. For the most part of the past 81 days (2.7 months) I've kept a 9am alarm to program my body into the habit of waking up earlier (Except for treat days once a week and a few edge cases). - I know 9am is not early compared to the people posting ≤6am alarm screenshots. It is a start. - Many days I've been waking up naturally between 7-8am. However setting an alarm creates accountability. - Most days I find my mind is better at focusing on hard things earlier in the day which I enjoy. It takes an average of 66 days to form a habit.

Alarms are training for the mind and body the same way you start physical training easy and increase the intensity.

I think the best bet is to message the owner or one of the moderators for access to post.
I have the same with 10am. Still a little early for me given the timezone difference with work team I usually have but I'm trying to keep it.
