@farcaster it'd be nice to hear some comms about the wallet and any continued commitment to support it and ensure it remains a useful/relevant wallet. I could imagine that comms about this could result in a return in USDC for lending into the app... that product specifically is best in class and its a real shame how little it is used. there's just $158k in the pool now (a slow decline from about $1m deposits at the peak). I personally recommend people looking for a place to put cash to use Farcaster.

I have this pessimistic take on YC's "call for startups" that I'm curious if anyone else feels, or can tell me my line of thinking is off... By telling everyone "here are the companies we're most interested in investing in right now" it allows YC (and its constituents) to dictate a "techno agenda" for how they think the future should look. They're limiting the creativity of highly ambitious and intelligent young people by telling them what problem areas they *should* be working on before they've had a chance to explore that for themselves.
