In California there is one in every small neighborhood. Churches, assisted living facilities and so many others host. I pass 3 on my short drive to the freeway. They should be everywhere

  • But why have so many when you can just use the mail? I searched but didn't find a specific answer on how many voting centers there are in CA vs WA, so I'm not sure exactly how they stack up. I do think we should have more in WA just for customer service, but we'd have to pass a tax to fund it and that's tough.

Washington’s budget seems jacked but I don’t know enough. The CA centers have A LOT of volunteers so there is that. People are last minute, people are homeless, people don’t have cars or can’t afford gas. I think making voting radically accessible is super important and someone should find a way. This isn’t to say California isn’t jacked too. Just better in this particular area
