Ever heard of Logseq? It's like Obsidian but the graph focuses on blocks (bullet points and their children) instead of documents. I built an agentic knowledge base around it, including an indexer/search tool, a Hermes plugin, and an open source alternative to Logseq app itself. GitHub.com/mxjxn/Mnemosyne is the parent repo That will help you get all all the above set up on your own machine or server. Doing a little refinement today before I push it to the @nousresearch plugin directory.

No but I’ve heard of obsidian. Excited to check out your work!
I would recommend going and checking out the official client first so that you understand how logseq is different
For a person who frequently describes their day-to-day life as spinning plates; leveraging a local only variant of both logseq and obsidian could be incredibly helpful.
The nerdery goes deep I think I've created 25 repos this year? Lately though working on five things at once erryday. This project is three of them (notes app, daemon, Hermes plugin) Tysm I appreciate you
But doesn't mnemosyne already have a pretty solid userbase and plugin for hermes?
um, is there some other product called mnemosyne? this is something I created
Yes, and I believe it's a trademarked commercial application. Here's the oss version:
Yours sounds cool though and I don't mean to rain on your parade!
Also you tagged an Impersonator meme-scam account. :( Why can't we just have nice things?
Daily Logseq user and tired of the current situation, so excited to see this. Will definitely give it a spin.
oh thats cool! the notes app is mostly used on my server and I serve it up user/pass protected and do my journaling on web and phone. its not a better app but its an open source app. please let me know if you have any requests.
