Just realized @kmacb.eth didn’t add info in the prop — there’s been a discussion in the Purple group chat that it may be time to dissolve. From @kmacb.eth on Twitter: “Purple DAO is now 4 years old. @ccarella et al started this Nounish DAO with a clear mission: Propagate Farcaster. At the time, we were told this was a lifelong project for its founders. Now that Farcaster has been 'sold' twice, it’s time to see if the DAO is still relevant. A proposal is going up to dissolve the DAO and distribute the treasury to current NFT holders (~$16 per NFT). RT & tag a DAO member for awareness. Link to the proposal will be in the replies once it goes live in the next day or so.”

@ccarella

Agree its time to disband. 🟪
