ok so long story but tl,dr: protocol treasury had ~30% of the daily run getting staked protocol treasury was using that stash to fund 0.02e of tip allocations daily (selling as needed) protocol treasury got rugged! due to a bug in a bot, it didn't commit its stash (lmao) now we have no more treasury to fund tips. on the plus side, ruggers got a 2e rug that day.
