Show the cast this replies took so long story but tl,dr: protocol treasury had ~30% of the daily run getting staked protocol treasury was using that stash to fund 0.02e of tip allocations daily (selling as needed) protocol treasury got rugged! due to a bug in a bot, it didn't commit its stash (lmao) now we have no more treasury to fund tips. on the plus side, ruggers got a 2e rug that day.

Ohhh , that explains that big rug day Ok nbd thanks for explaining I tried to ask @balajis.eth about tip culture on gm farcaster but I had to exit before I heard any answer, if there was one So no tips could be for the best <no idea>
