Damn, 1 in 5 posts in that channel were me? Once you've opted out, isn't that the same thing as banned?
Slightly different, If you opt out they allow you to opt back in. If you’re banned you just have no choice. But permission wise its essentially the same.
I think banned users are also hidden from stuff like search, those that opted out arent.
If you opt out they let you opt back in? That sounds like it's the same as saying "ask me later" or whatever that this choice was called

Even with great people like @cassie working on resuscitating the dream of Farcaster, I’m too skeptical that it’s worth saving to even try continuing. We’ll see what happens. Never say never I guess.
