Show the cast this replies toI'm so sorry to hear that. I've been through it also and it's brutal. The vet said that people often wait too long the first time they have to make the decision. Even though you know it's the only option, it's still so hard.

i probably did wait too long. but without an obvious tell, you do the best you can. reconciling my commitments to "best life" and "dignified death" took... work and... bitter honesty about what she had already lost. life isn't always worth living and that makes me sad.
