Introducing Terminus, a lightweight, iOS first client for Hypersnap. It’s a native iPhone app built in SwiftUI, with a Rust core. It connects straight to Hypersnap nodes with no Terminus server in between, and your keys never leave your iPhone. Connect via wallet connect. Link previews and images load through a small proxy, so the sites behind them never see your IP. It’s in testflight, so feedback is very welcome:

Why “Terminus”? In Asimov’s Foundation, Terminus is the planet at the edge of the galaxy, far from the Empire’s centre, where a small group is sent to save what the Empire is losing and build what comes next.
very cool, initial impressions - smooth, fast - like the face id feature for the fc seed phrase but mine was broken - needed me to replace the key in signers to make it active (this might be because i set my acc up first time without, noticed the feature as i pressed confirm, so deleted and readded my seed phrase with checkbox ticked) - like the NS flag discriminator - like the cleanup features (i think a nice qol feature would be to peek account feed on long press, just to see what their last 5 casts or something were maybe?) - like the storage visualisation - theme settings are clean
Good feedback! Thank you. I’ll look into face id feature and clean up QOL. Should be doable
i also have this issue which i think is also from deleting and readding the account - will let you know if this doesn’t resolve in 24 hours
