When conditioning|programming my body to wake up at an earlier time to create a new automatic routine, like when in a new timezone, short power naps are an amazing tool. I worry less about being able to go to sleep early if I know I'm able to take a nap the next day if needed in the afternoon. I loved this quiet space with a massive cushion floor at my coworking space in Chiang Mai, Thailand last year.

When you have roommates or are visiting friends and family this door sign [1] is great. I used a paint pen to modify it for naps too. [2] [1]: amazon.com/s?k=Meditation+door+sign [2]:
Use power naps ≤30 min. [1] You can combine with a breathing exercise at the beginning or end based on preference. I enjoy the simplicity of doing Dr Weil's 4-7-8 breathe on my own. [2] Wim Hof breathing is great for energy too with many YouTube videos available. [1]: healthline.com/health/guide-to-power-naps [2]: farcaster.xyz/adamhurwitz.eth/0x3abf8886.
