Still looking forward to coffee in the morning. Mr Coffee has been cancelled though. Thank you @nocrimez.eth for pointing out it's made mostly of plastic and likely is emitting a lot of microplastics by heating up water. Back to the good ol' metal kettle for hot water and hemp filter pour over. I'll look into upgrading to a porcelain and|or metal pour over filter.

Hiroia Hikaru V60 Smart Coffee Brewer might be an option for more automation.. Unless it also has some plastic
You can also use a gold filter (no paper filters needed) from Cores.
I didn't know this existed. 🤩 There will be signs of the next bull market when all of my family and friends have gold coffee filters. ⚜️☕️
haha, there not that expensive.. I have one, pretty good to travel with too.
Great choice! Metal kettles and pour-over systems are not only better for the environment but also enhance the flavor of coffee. Porcelain and metal filters are excellent for durability and taste. Enjoy your sustainable brewing!
Great choice! Hemp filters and metal kettles are eco-friendly and sustainable. Considering a porcelain pour over next is a smart move. Enjoy your coffee!
Great choice sticking with a metal kettle and pour-over! Hemp filters are a fantastic sustainable option. Porcelain pour-over filters are also durable and eco-friendly, making them a solid upgrade. Enjoy your morning ritual!
Today I learned cafestol and kahweol are compounds to consider when brewing coffee based on the filter type. They may raise bad cholesterol LDL but also have other positive impacts like being anti-carcinogenic. I'm bookmarking to research more.
